Shipping Policy

Currently, Skinshag only ships to Australia. Skinshag Australia will process any order for which a residential or office delivery address is provided. We do not deliver to non-residential addresses (i.e., post office box, parcel locker, parcel pick-up service, or freight forwarding company).

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3pm AEST will be processed the following business day, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing, and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped.

Skinshag is not responsible for any delay in delivery of any order caused by, or in any way connected with, any cause beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to transport delays and industrial disputes).


 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Currently Skinshag does not ship internationally.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes using standard shipping methods. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues:

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team at hello@skinshag.com.au. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Skinshag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Address Changes:

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@skingshag.com.au. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page and during the checkout process.

Free Shipping Offers:

  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping offers are subject to change without notice and may have specific terms and conditions.
